White Magnolia and Teance Fine Teas are honored to host a special book reading and signing with Eveline Shen, author of Choosing to Lead Against the Current: The Courageous Operating System for Changemakers. Eveline will be in conversation with Leslie Lindo, executive director of the Hidden Leaf Foundation.

This interactive gathering will blend the ancient practice of tea tasting with the modern need for grounding, reflection, and courageous leadership.

Event Schedule:
5:30–6:15 PM – Tea connection and reflection
Begin the evening with a curated tea tasting led by Chih Hui. This portion of the evening will focus on slowing down, activating our senses, and building collective presence for the conversation ahead.

“Finding Our Courage Through These Times”
Eveline will share reflections on how her Courageous Operating System can support us in navigating leadership, loss, and liberation during these challenging times. Drawing from over 25 years as a movement leader and strategist, she’ll offer practical tools and insights to help us connect to purpose, build momentum, and lead with heart.

A short Q&A and book signing will follow. Tea and light refreshments will be provided.
